Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delivery:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon My surpriser’s shipment channel. Thereafter My Surpriser will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

If recipient receives the products in damaged condition

Recipient should check all the products delivered (cakes, flowers, any other) before signing the receipt.

If product delivered found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform Customer Care.

Any issues with the products delivered should be reported within 4 hours of receipt, after that no request of replacement or refund will be entertained.

In case of badly damaged products, replacement will be provided. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.

Courier product complaints should be informed within 48 hours after delivery. Complaints coming after 48 hours will not be undertaken.

Non delivery of products

We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. For perishable products, delivery attempt can be made again subject to our decision and you may be liable for additional delivery charge in such cases. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate / Neighbor as per instruction given by receiver.
  • Recipient not available.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the below stated points for any cancellations.

Any order can be cancelled before the status of the order changing to processed

(The default status for all the orders will be “Pending”). Once the order status changed to “Processed”, it means the gift is getting personalizing with your Name/Pictures/ or any other data. So at any circumstances refund is possible for the cancellation at the stage of processing status.

Once the status changed to “Shipped”, then you cannot cancel the order.

In any of the cases above Bank refunds can be initiated only at the discretion of company considering the reasons of cancellation like unfortunate events, calamities or unavoidable circumstances. No claims to refund can be made by customer to overrule above stated clause.

No cancellation requests are accepted on order placed in following categories.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items are eligible for return only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item received
  • Received the product in damaged condition

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Personalized products with any personal data of customers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
